I didn’t know if you wanted to pursue buying a bank owned home, but there is 1 that has some great upgrades and is priced 30% below the rest of the homes on the market. Give me a call at 555-555-5555 and I would be happy to give you more information on it.”
Now you have left a message that gets them to call you back. There are many different questions you can leave each and every week that you follow up with a real estate buyer, but the key is to ask the right questions.
